Salmon sashimi - fell in love with these recently. I guess it's an acquired taste. Didn't use to like these until recently. Been having craving for raw salmon sushi almost every other day! Need them really fresh though.. Never eat those from the conveyor belts. Serious! Bacteria multiplies really fast. So make sure the serving is fresh from the kitchen.

True, but eating them fresh off the fish without killing them is also troubling...saw it on Japan hour I think.
Yup.. quite cruel... but that's just man.. Man does anything to eat good food, even to that extent. Same story as eating live monkeys brain with the monkey jumping underneath the table.. grotesque..
