Soft Shell Crab Handroll with a special sauce
Deep fried salmon skin with mayonaise dip - one of my favourite snacks! The Japanese are incredibly good at using leftovers from other main dish and whip it into a side dish. Salmon skin taste crispy when deep fried, goes very well with mayonaise or wasabi dip.

Can't bear to eat fishskin, not even fried. So will pass on that but other types of prawn/crab handrolls are a favorite of mine! Let's go!
