Dinner at Fiesta Japanese Restaurant
Deep fried salmon skin with mayonaise dip - one of my favourite snacks! The Japanese are incredibly good at using leftovers from other main dish and whip it into a side dish. Salmon skin taste crispy when deep fried, goes very well with mayonaise or wasabi dip.
