Soft Shell Crab Handroll with a special sauce

Deep fried salmon skin with mayonaise dip - one of my favourite snacks! The Japanese are incredibly good at using leftovers from other main dish and whip it into a side dish. Salmon skin taste crispy when deep fried, goes very well with mayonaise or wasabi dip.

dessert - red ruby. a bit squishy and not so nice. Not cruchy at all, I was beginning to wonder what the middle portion actually was

Dinner with the Lemonade gals at Carl's Junior at Marina. The burgers come at huge servings! This is my Western Bacon Burger - juicy and tangy grilled beef patty with deep fried onion rings and BBQ sauce. 

Criscross fries from Carl's Junior. Really resembles the ones they serve at Cafe Cartel.

Me: "The roast chicken is yummy! Especially love the sweet and sour sauce that goes with the chicken! Tastes like barbeque sauce. Highly recommended! Finally some improvement from Cafe Cartel!" 

Slushy says: "The fries are really nice and crispy!" 

Minestrone soup - Verdict: Both Slushy and myself didn't quite like it. The soup is a little too thick for my liking and there were not much vegetables. Only some miserable pasta in there. Still prefer Pizza Hut's Minestrone Soup.
