My all time favourite breakfast - Honey stars in milk and honey. Served at my favourite Arnoma hotel, Bangkok. Posted by Picasa

Black glutinous rice with Vanilla ice-cream. We don't really like this concoction. The black glutinous rice is too dry and hard. Think it'll taste better if there was coconut milk with the glutinous rice. Our local Bubur Hitam tastes much nicer! Also found this at Siam Paragon food court at Bangkok Posted by Picasa

Mango ice-cream with fresh fruits! Posted by Picasa

The famous Mango Glutinous rice with Mango pudding and Mango ice-cream! Found this in the famous Mango Tango Restaurant at Siam Square, Bangkok. Highly recommended! But this dish is really heaty because mango is a heaty fruit. My nose bled that same night when I returned to the hotel. Posted by Picasa

Deep fried banana with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce. Found in The Hunters Restaurant at Bangkok. It tastes like goreng pisang, except the batter is more crispy. Tastes much better than Banana boat! Great idea! Posted by Picasa

Fried Fish with Spagetti. The western cuisine tastes not too bad. This is also found at The Hunters Restaurant. Posted by Picasa

Thai-style crispy salad served with chilli dips. At first, thought the crispy thing was fried salmon skin or something similar, but we were so wrong! It tastes like prawn crackers with sour mango salad. Interesting concoction. This is found in one of the western food restaurants in Bangkok, the shopping mall with Big C Supermarket, located right next to our hotel. Posted by Picasa

Authentic Thai-style Green Curry! My friend's favourite and we spent 2 days looking for this dish in a couple of restaurants and hotel eateries, but end up finding it at Siam Paragon Food Court at Bangkok. This only costs 50 baht (about S$2) and it is yummilicious! We finished the curry to the last drop! Posted by Picasa

This dish looks suspiciously like Vietnamese spring rolls. Prawn, beancurd and fresh greens are wrapped in kway teow. Taste like our local Chee Cheong Fun. My friend didn't quite like it as it tastes too raw with the fresh greens. Also found this dish in Siam Paragon food court at Bangkok. Posted by Picasa

Found this dish at the food court at Bangkok Siam Paragon. Not sure whether this is an authentic Thai cuisine or Vietnamese cuisine. The sauce is sweet soya sauce with sweet beancurd, dried prawns and sweet sausage that tastes like ba kwa. Posted by Picasa

my poor blog got spammed...

Some irritating spammer has very superbly left tell tale signs of his/her footprints in our blog. Such sweet spammer called anonymous. This has become more or less my blog now and I'm irritated.
