bruschetta


This is the bruschetta that i know - tomato/basil topping toasted french loaves.

The tomatoes were tough to dice proper - lack of skills/experience or the knife not sharp enough; either way ended up inflicting a cut on index finger and with irregularly shaped pulped out tomatoes. Next threw in basil leaves (expensive to buy at $3 per clump), a tbsp of olive oil, abit of salt and sprinkled masterfoods' "italian herbs" condiment. Stirred and scooped onto olive oil-toasted french loaf. Quite a yummy snackmeal, could eat everyday.
