pineapple rice



pineapple rice.
supposedly originates from thailand. in restaurants it is served in a halved and emptied pineapple. in this wok, egg, pre-made pineapple-rice-sauce, chunks of canned pineapple, some spring onion (for colour), softened carrots and chicken meat have been added. overall, fragrant and very fulfilling.
